For vendors

Submit a tool for review

Listings are reviewed by hand. If a tool has a public product page, verifiable pricing and documented compliance claims, send the details and a reviewer will check them against the sources.

What a listing needs first

The directory records facts, not descriptions. Before a tool can be listed, each of these has to be checkable on an official page:

  • A public product page on the vendor's own domain that loads without a login.
  • Pricing that can be checked on an official page, or an explicit public statement that pricing is not published.
  • Compliance claims backed by public documentation, with the framework name and a link.
  • Platforms, regions served and API availability stated on an official page.
  • A product that fits one of the eight directory categories.

Tools that cannot be checked yet are not listed. That is not a judgement on the product: it means the sources do not exist in public yet, and the record would be empty.

What to send

  • The product name and its official website URL.
  • The category or categories it belongs to.
  • Pricing model and pricing details, in the vendor's own wording.
  • Deployment platforms and regions served.
  • Compliance frameworks, each with a link to its public documentation.
  • Whether a documented API exists.
  • The use cases the product is built for.
  • The official URLs a reviewer should cite for each of the above.

A marketing deck is not a source. If a claim only exists in a presentation, send the public page that backs it instead, or leave the field out.

How the review runs

We review submissions within five business days of receiving the information above. If a required source is missing we will ask for it, and the review continues once it arrives.

Every submission is checked against the same standard: twelve structured facts, official sources for each fact, and manual checks on pricing, compliance and regions before a verification date is written. See how we verify listings.

How to send it today

There is no submission form on this site yet and no account system, so nothing here will pretend to submit on your behalf. Submissions are handled by email, which keeps a reviewer and the vendor in the same thread when a follow-up question comes up.

Email the information to [email protected], with the official sources in the same message so a reviewer can check each field without a second round.

What submission is not

  • It is not a sponsorship enquiry. Submitting has no effect on placement, and payment has no effect on review.
  • It is not a guarantee of inclusion. A listing is published when its facts can be sourced and verified.
  • It is not a ranking request. Ordering is based on relevance, field completeness and verification date, never on who sent the email.
